Sometimes it’s what we build behind the scenes that makes the difference, and La Boîte was a project with a clean, clear website that provides a lot of its power to the team. Each member who provides their information can be filtered to create custom campaigns based on their preferences.
Based on a customised WordPress theme, we built page templates to display information clearly across desktop and mobile. Simplifying the customer sign-up functionality was important to reduce any barriers to gathering information. A simple members section gives power to the users on the details they provide, update, and want to delete.

Building the member process started with the development of a document that clarified the steps that customers and the team take to ensure brands can target the perfect consumers for their products.
Developing a custom plugin to utilise the existing members functionality means La Boîte is a powerful marketing tool that allows the team to select their customer lists based on their preferences. Limiting the number of customers who can confirm that they want a box is controlled by a custom authentication process through e-mails sent to customers.
We integrated Mandrill mail API to ensure that email is sent without issue, and customised all correspondence to ensure that updates are provided to customers on all actions they take on the website.
