Here’s a quick rundown of how to provide us access to your Meta accounts and assets if required. This process can change regularly (for example Pixels are now Datasets!) so if you have any trouble please let us know!
The hardest part about this is that as an agency we can’t easily set up accounts for you from scratch. The verification of addresses, emails, credit cards etc makes it much more difficult, and it’s always our recommendation to make sure you have full control of all of your accounts and information. So instead we’re happy to do this on a video call with you so we can share your screen, just contact us to book a time.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
All At Once
- Navigate to your Business Settings Page
- Under Users, click ‘Partners’
- Click ‘Add’ and select ‘Give a partner access to your assets’
- Enter our Business ID (ask and we will provide)! and click ‘Next’
On the asset types on the left, click through the assets we need and assign permissions. You can select as many as you would like, but we prefer full access so we can make sure everything is set up properly – you can downgrade or remove our access at any time.
Asset Types: These will usually be Pages, Ad accounts, Catalogues, Pixels, Instagram Accounts
Just want to add us to your Ads Account?
Option 1
Provide us with your Ad Account ID, we will request access using that. To find your ID go to Facebook Ads Manager and click in the account drop-down menu (above the search and filter bar) to find it.
Option 2
Assign BE Business as a partner. Navigate to the Ad account tab in your Business Manager Settings.
Click ‘Assign Partners’ and enter our Business ID.

Facebook Pixel
Once you have created your pixel, navigate to business settings > Datasources > Datasets and select the pixel you want to share.
